Chris Casillas is a multimedia composer and multi-instrumentalist. His melodic music style is coupled by an eclectic, energetic, and experimental sound. Chris enjoys blurring the lines of common musical genres and pushing the boundaries of the standard orchestra by merging genres and using unlikely instrumental techniques. Some of these techniques may include the use of less common instruments, using unlikely instrument pairings, or manipulating the sounds of instruments by using various effects such as distortion, reverbs, or equalization. Chris attributes his love for this kind of experimentation in his compositions to his mixed musical background as a listener, performer, and studio musician. Chris’s goal is to leave directors, game developers, or other commissioners 100% satisfied with the music they receive. His job is to make people’s artistic visions come to life in pure sonic harmony.
